STRATEGIC PLANNING

An effective strategic planning process assists an organization’s leaders in setting intentional goals and objectives and developing strategic initiatives that create lasting impact. 

I will facilitate you in the strategic planning process with your leaders, staff, board of directors, and volunteers over the course of three months. 

The goal of the strategic planning process is to develop a strategic plan that is living and workable.

MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT

No nonprofit is successful in impact without effective storytelling. I will assist you in building a brand strategy, and marketing plan and begin to employ those strategies starting with social media and public relations.

The goal is to assist in establishing an organizational discipline where staff, leaders, board members, community leaders, etc. become powerfully consistent and effective ambassadors for the organization. As a result, the vision remains alive and growing. 

FUNDRAISING AND IMPLEMENTATION

Fundraising Planning: I will help your organization develop a strong fundraising plan starting with a solid foundational case statement. It is important to communicate what you believe in, your fundraising campaign vision, the steps to achieve it, and most importantly, how will this plan reinforce your organization’s mission and vision.

Fundraising Implementation: A plan is not impactful without execution. I will provide prospect research, grant writing, and major gift prospecting services to assist in fulfilling your current operating budget needs.
